On November 23rd, the LLAC hosted the screening of the Canadian documentary film, "Inside Hana's Suitcase", a film exploring the discovery of Hana Brady's suitcase at Auschwitz following WWII. Hana Brady's brother, George (bottom row centre) who lives in Canada, the filmmaker Larry Weinstein, and others involved in the documentary film attended the screening, which was co-sponsored by the Canadian Consulate. Following the screening, we enjoyed lunch at the Consul General, Doreen Steidle's residence (she is seated bottom row L).
Very pleasant company, including the Consul General for the Chek Republic, and a great event at the school.
